This is my 3rd Netbook Acer. I am looking for the perfect balance between screen size / body weight / battery life and performance (we all). The first was a 10 "unit with a 1.6 Atom MH w / XP. I was very surprised at the performance, screen and keyboard. But not too happy I traded for a 11" w / Atom 1.3 mg / w / XP. The performance was very poor, and do not think I'm picky. The HD would crash … Return to the Amazon with you, the breath of the dog. Decided to go with the 1410, after an investigation. It works well, although today to Acer because of a sticky key # 6. The only real problem I have is the keyboard. How to use the chicklet "style" is difficult. I'm not a good old typer and my fingers touching all the feedback I get, so I miss my old 10 "Acer Aspire One 1.6 for this reason. Come to think he'd be back if I could work as a result of the keyboard and [...] another dollar in his pocket.
A note from me: you do not get the 11 "Acer Aspire One with the 1.3 mg 'N-processor. Even with a different operating system, the task is for dogs that require netbook hack, even with 2 gigs of RAM.
Another note: the site is rather weak for supporting Acer Netbook (FAQ etc). I understand some of these units, because they are new, but I expect more information to choose from.
