Lately, the computer industry decided to focus on a slightly younger demographic change. No, it's not the technology-loving college kids, or young people with infinite knowledge over the Internet. Rather, when middle school children - six to 12 years.

The world's largest PC manufacturer, HP, which recently announced the release of the new Mini-Note PC laptop - a small, rugged, lightweight and low-cost computer designed primarily for children. More likely than not, HPDecision to produce the Mini-Note is a direct result of the success of the Asus Eee PC's. Since its initial release last year, Asus Eee PC's has become a top seller. The miniature device with a 7-inch screen (by the company as "Super Mobile Internet Device called instead of laptop) carved its own niche by aiming at the mid-pupil. But, as is the case with an invention, the unexpected success, the crop of imitators now begins in the rillMarketplace.

However, HP is certainly the biggest company in the mini-notebook market right now. And offer their mini-note is not more features than the Asus Eee. The Mini-Note has a larger (9-inch) screen and a sleek and durable anodized aluminum housing. It has a scratch-resistant display and the keys are coated with a protective layer. The HP Mini-Note's keyboard is also bigger than the keyboard of the Asus Eee - making it easier to use for adults.
